Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 build 20190411

Hi , 

since some days , my Archer C7 v4. hangs several times a day

max 4 wifi clients 

max 2 wired clients

latest firmware installed

when it hangs :

no wifi  2.4 or 5.8

no physical traffic

mgt page is not reachable

ping to roiuter is NOK

 

power off /power on is the only solution

 

the only change is that I'm using since 2 weeks , a MacBook Pro ( cabled thru docking)

 

before , the router hanged  from time to time

If Your router does have nat boost and airtime fairness functionality, then try to disable them.

Do you mean only when you connect this MacBook Pro to the Archer C7 via cable, the router hangs? What if you disconnect it from the router, will the router work properly? Are there special settings on this MacBook Pro or on the C7 for it?
