I would like to use extender twice (say have extender A at the middle and extender B at the end. something like below.

Can I use RE650 in this way?

It is not so recommended connecting RE # 1 to RE #2 in a chain though this is theoretically achievable. Its hard to promise the performance of sencond RE.
If possible it is recommended connect both REs to router directly, or your could connect router --- RE#1 ( by cable; set up RE in Access Point Mode) )))((( RE#2
