Hi! I've got a problem that my Archer C9 keeps disconnecting Wi-Fi just all the time. It is happening on both 2.4 and 5GHz. It's happening on any devices - smartphone just next to the router, MiBox that's 2.5 meter away (no walls between), I'm just loosing my patience. Did anyone of you encounter such problem and manage to solve it? I'll include some logs:

Can you please confirm if you can get a stable connection if you connect a computer to the C9 LAN with an Ethernet cable? BTW, who is your ISP?

 

When the devices disconnect from the Wi-Fi, please confirm if they are disconnected from the network completely, or they are still showing connected but no internet access? If it is the former, are you able to connect back? How did you recover the connection?

 

It is suggested to install and run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel for both the 2.4G and 5G network, then change the channel width to 40MHz for 5G and 20MHz for 2.4G, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.

 

How many devices are connected to the wireless network, are they experiencing the same issue at the same time? Or they are disconnecting randomly?
