I am on the main network and it just dissapears. I get disconnected from my laptop and my phone.

Hi, would the wireless signal restore automatically after some time, or you might need to reboot the Deco?
How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?
If possible, please try to enable the guest network with a different SSID and check whether the guest network would still disappear;
