My parental controls have started to malfunction, not turning on and off when it should, when I manually change the times to have it shut off it is still blocking the affected devices. Anyone else having this issue? I've even cleared out all of the controls and started over making new ones.
Can you please verify the model number of the AC1900, is it Archer C9, or C80? Please ensure the Time Settings on the router are correct, you can check this guide:

Please explain more about the Parental Control settings on the AX1900, and how would you like to achieve with those settings, then refer to the guide below to double-check all the settings are correct:

If still no help, please reset the AC1900 to factory defaults, then reconfigure it to connect to the internet, then modify the Parental Control settings as per your requirement to confirm if it will work properly.
