Hi there.

I have just installed a Deco M5 Network. All devices are working well except my Sky Q box. When I connect it to the network, it works for approx 1-2 minutes and then it freezes and requires a reboot. I have linkled it back to the old router and it works fine so there is something wrong with the link between the Q box and the network.

Can anyone help please?

Hi, thanks for your feedback.

Except for the main Sky box, did you have any mini box?

Can I have a picture of your network topology about the Deco system?--please also help me mark out which Deco that Sky Q is connected to;

After that, please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Turn off the fast roaming on the Deco APP, and Mesh technology under the Sky Q device settings page on the Deco APP;

2. If connecting the Sky Q via cable to the Deco, would the internet connection get much better?

Thanks all for the help. Connecting via the ethernet cable has resolved the issue.
