V1.5 has been available now for 7 weeks.
V1.51 has been available for 4 weeks.
Neither are offered by the web interface online update. Is this normal? Why?

Hi, It is normal.
When there is a new firmware release, it has not been pushed to all the users so that some customers could receive the new firmware notification at the first time, while others might need to wait for a while;
This could help us collect the customers' feedback from the actual test and make sure the new firmware run smoothly;
If possible, you could try to manually download the firmware and log into the web interface via http://tplinkdeco.net to upload the latest firmware;

I've got notification about firmware upgrade in Deco app today, for my M9s. Upgraded, they are now on 1.5.0. TP-Link Support web site shows 1.5.1 available, but Deco app says my M9s are up to date with 1.5.0.
Before the upgrade notification, my M9s were on 1.4.3 firmware.
Looks like TP-Link takes its time to push firmware to everyone. Which is OK with me.
