Hello,

 

I have a trial account for "Deco for ISP" Platform, i am trying to add new networks to the platform but it does not work !

is there any instruction manual or requirements to add those networks ?

 

please help.

Hi, After checking with the engineers, the local representatives would be responsible for the Deco ISP Cloud Management System.

And It is recommended to contact them directly and they would help you with the basic configuration.

Hi, Did you apply for the Deco ISP Cloud Management System with the help of a local customer agent?

Or after the application, has anyone from TP-Link contacted you for further assistance?

there is no "Help" tap in the platform, and there is no one contacted with me after applying the account

i have sent an email and they answere the only supported models are

Deco HX20
Deco HC4 
 
we have tens of thousends of Deco M4 ! and now we have a trouble when we try to troubleshooting our customers !
