Won’t power up
I pushed the reset button on bottom of one of the units now it won't power back up. The other two are working great. What can I do Fix this

Hi, have you swapped the power adapter already to have a test?
By the way, May I know how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

@TP-Link I just got them and when setting up I had 2 plugged in and the. I hit the reset button on the bottom of one I notice my son had plug it in with a adapter from another product. The voltage and amps were half of what the secco calls for.

Hi, After switching back to the correct adapter and if we try to reset again, would there be any difference?
