Hi Experts,

 

I have 100 mbps line, its works fine in daytime, but after 6:15 PM its upload speed drops at 0.00, at same time it is perfect on my old Tenda router, I have confirm with ISP its not problem from his side. I tried adjusting the system setting nothing worked after 10 PM its automatically got restored to 100mps upload again.

 

Please help me here.

Weird issue. If the upload speed drops at 0.00 during 6:15 PM-10 PM, there seems no internet access, or you cannot load anything when connected to the C6 network, how about the internet LED on the C6, is it still green? Please check if there is any special activity at that time, such as connecting to a VPN, or using special application like MS team meeting. 

 

How many devices connected to the C6 at that time, are they all experiencing the same issue, or it just happens on a specific device? Does this issue happen every time exactly during 6:15 PM-10 PM? Try to reset the C6 to factory defaults, then reconfigure it to check again if you can access the internet during 6:15 PM-10 PM.
