Model: Archer C2300
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi - I have just set up my new c2300. My laptop found the wifi signal fine, and connected to the internet with no problem. However, while my iPhone 6 is finding the wifi signal, I am unable to access the internet. I have done a Network Reset on my phone, reset the router, turned everything on and off, tried both SSID codes....nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

@PhilBHove

Are other devices working fine when connected to the C2300 network?

Try to connect to the guest network on the C2300 on the iPhone, you can refer to this guide to configure the Guest Network:

If still no luck, please check again what is the IP address you can get on the iPhone when connected to the C2300 network, try to ping the gateway/router address, then show us the result.
