Salve a tutti

non riesco ad accedere tramide interfaccia web e mi esce questo errore(

Not Found

The requested URL /webpages/login.html was not found on this server.) e da circa 8 mesi non si aggiornano infatti la versione attuale è ancora 1.2.11 build 20190926 Rel. 55727.

Dopo vari reset ecc... mi sono arreso spero di avere delle info in piu da voi.

 

Premetto che ho acquistato altri 3 deco m9 plus per la mia azienda dove non solo si aggiornano in automatico ma riesco ad accedere anche tramide ip.

 

Qualcuno è riuscito ad accedere via web in modo anche di aggiornare il firmwere manualmente?

Hi, the current firmware is not supported web interface.

You might need to use the firmware upgrade assistant to update the firmware to 1.4.0 and above:

https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202103/20210319/M9Plus_2.0_upgrade_tool_v1.2.0_win.zip

and the latest firmware for Deco M9 plus:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/deco-m9-plus/v2/#Firmware

Hi, the current firmware is not supported web interface.

@ TP-Link  Ti ringrazio per il supporto.Finalmente sono riuscito ad aggiornare i miei deco all'ultima versione 1.5.1.

Salve ho aggiornato tutti i miei deco m9 all'ultima versione solo che non riesco ad accedere cmq via web. mi esce questo errore.. Impossibile raggiungere il sitoConnessione negata da 192.168.8.140. Prova a: Verificare la connessione Controllare il proxy e firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED HAi delle info al riguardo? Grazie sempre per la disponibilità
