Our Deco E4-3 stopped working just this morning.  I have spoken to our internet service provider already, and they assured me that there is nothing wrong with my internet connection.  It's the mesh device malfunctioning.  I have reset to factory default all the 3 units and the problem has not been resolved.  Please advise what should be done next.

Hi, Did you mean the Deco would drop out the internet connection sometimes?

If yes, could you please help me check the following details:

1. Would Deco turn red when the connection dropped out?

2. Who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your cable modem?

3. How often did the internet drop within a day and did you need to reboot the Deco to restore the connection?
