Why does this keep turning off , it stays on for about a minute then just turns off got to unplug it then plug back in to get it back working then same again

Did you have any power outage or firmware update failure on this extender, it looks some hardware defect on the extender.
You could try a different power socket, and if still no help, you could contact local support or retailer to check warranty.
