Software and firmware for TP-Link M7350?
Dear TP-Link Community and TP-Link admins,
We have a TP-Link M7350 and the warranty has ended.
Currently when we switch it on it says "Initializing..." and it never works. No Wi-Fi, no LTE, nothing. We've tried reseting and it does reset but it doesn't work, we've tried with and without SIM cards, different SIM cards, etc.
I've asked support TP-Link and they cannot help because it's out of warranty.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I'd be happy to try to upload firmware using software (I just need the software and the firmware). I understand that this might break it and it is not supported but since it's already broken and support cannot help I would really like to try this. Any links with the software and the firmware would be really handy (or any other ideas).
If you need the Serial Number let me know and I'll send (over personal message perhaps)
Thank you very much,
Carles

Hi, your product issue seems to be different, may I know the current firmware version of your M7350 V7?
It shows No Service on the screen, it means SIM card has been detected but no signal or service received, please make sure the same SIM works fine on other devices or your phone, then try the following troubleshooting:
1) Reset the MiFi device to factory defaults: remove the back cover, use a pin to press and hold the reset hole until the device rebooting automatically.
2) If still the same, please check with your carrier which network type and bands are supported by your SIM card, then compare it with the network type and bands supported by the MiFi device. You could check specification of the MiFi device on our official website, here is the network type and bands supported by M7350(EU) V7:
3) Try a different SIM card especially from different carriers

Hi, what is the model and hardware version of your MiFi device?
And please also provide more details about the issue.

Hi,
I believe I also have an M7350 with a firmware issue.
It gets stuck booting with the TP-LINK logo on screen. The buttons are unresponsive (inc. reset) and it does not broadcast a WiFi network
model is M7350 v3.0. It was purchased in 2016 - so out of warranty I assume.
If the firmware restore tool would be helpful, please can you provide?
Thanks.
