Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20210203 Rel. 68223

I recently got 3 single M5s. It started working fine and then I saw the firmware update right after setting up the devices. Downloaded it and then both satellites just disconnected. I tried everything from rebooting, bringing the devices next to the main, hard reset, nothing. I googled the firmware update at the version is available in the US, while the Ph website only has a previous update, https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202004/20200401/Deco%20M5_V3_200221.zip. The ip address when inputted in the browser is TOOK HALF A DAY. can anyone help?

Hi, for your case, could you please help me check the following information:

1.Would the satellite Deco units blink red when they are disconnected?

2.Have you tried to use one of the satellite Deco as the main Deco to see if it is always the satellite Deco that would lose the connection?

3.How often did the connection drop within one day and would it automatically restore the connection or you have to reboot?

@TP-Link Satellites still are green, then would blink red

2. Yes, still the same

3. I never got all 3 to work online
