Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V12
Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 20201230 Rel. 40465(5553)
Hello guys, all right?

Guys, I would like your help.

My router upgraded to firmware version 1.1.5 Build 20201230 Rel. 40465 (5553) by its own interface during its search for updates, but after this I have been having problems with the 2.4Ghz network, my devices simply disconnect constantly, until causing crashes on the router.

As soon as the router received the update, it was reset for the modifications to be properly applied.

Only the 5Ghz network is showing stability and does not show falls.

The problem ends when I start everything on smart connect, but in this configuration all my devices are less than 30% speed at 5Ghz.

Could someone help me?

@WendellBR

Can you explain more on this "The problem ends when I start everything on smart connect, but in this configuration all my devices are less than 30% speed at 5Ghz."?

What are the devices connected to the 2.4G network? Are all of them experiencing the same disconnect issue at the same time? Try to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel for the 2.4G network, then change the 2.4G channel width to 20MHz, change the security to WPA2-PSK/AES, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.

@Kevin_Z, Of course, disconnections decrease when I start the router's smart connect function (which creates a single network for both frequencies), however in this configuration, all devices are limited to 100mbps (including those connected via 5Ghz).

Regarding disconnections, all 2.4Ghz devices are disconnected at random from the network, this occurs even when using them. Unfortunately this is any device that is in the 2.4Ghz frequency, the disconnection problem does not occur if I use 5Ghz (when the networks are separated).

I already checked the channels and possible inferences from other devices, changed the width of the channel to 20Mhz, changed the name of the network as well as reset the router, but the problem remains. About my ISP, it made available a device in Bridge mode to avoid possible eventualities.

Finally, thank you very much for your attention.
