Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON in logs. Then disconnect
My connection is wildly unstable out of no where. I check the logs and i see:
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN0_OFF
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run LAN_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN0_OFF
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run LAN_OFF
When this happens I disconnect. I have devices connected via Wi-FI and my pcs are connected directly via ethernet. I have factory reset numerous times, rolled back firmware, installed new firmware.. I've only had this router 2 months and its really unstable. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Hi, Melladon's disconnect issue was resolved by his ISP, and that was a line issue (or modem issue that we didn't many details). So if you do encounter the same issue, please contact your ISP first to check and ensure the line and modem are working stably and properly by connecting a computer to the modem for some time.
If that is confirmed to be stable, please send us the system log on the AX10 router, including the logs before and after the router disconnects from the internet.
BTW, who is your ISP?

Can you please confirm if the model number is Archer AX1500 or AX10, you can find it on the device bottom label?
May I know who is your ISP? When the internet drops on the AX1500, how about the internet LED on it, is it still green or orange?
Have you confirmed this with your ISP also? Please connect the computer directly to the ISP modem, check if it can maintain a stable internet connection. If yes, please try to clone the PC's MAC address to the AX1500 by connecting this PC to the AX1500 LAN port, then monitor again.
If the issue persists, please kindly send us the whole system log, including those before and after the dropouts, our engineer with try to investigate.

The router is an archer ax1500
My ISP is Comcast
The LEDS have stayed green the entire time this happens.
Ive contacted comcast numerous times with no issue at all. Ive ran from my modem directly to my pc via ethernet for 2 days with not a single disconnect.
Here is the log I have since i restarted router.

As per the log it shows the router restarts and re-connect to the internet, so no much info we can find. Please don't restart the router manually next time when the internet drops on it, login to the web interface of the AX1500, check if there is still a WAN IP address, try to do a ping test by launching the Advanced > System > Diagnostics, ping 8.8.8.8, then ping www.google.com. If 8.8.8.8 is pingable while www.google.com is not, try to manually set the Internet DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the router to confirm the connectivity.

Got it. Can you please disable the autp-reboot first, and confirm if you can ping 8.8.8.8 and www.google.com when the internet drops next time? We will escalate the case to a specialist to help locate the issue ASAP.

Connection dropped 2x in the last 10 mins.
Pinged google and failed after one attempt. Didn't even send the other 3 attempts.
Then reconnected a few seconds after, and disconnected again.

I have an Archer AX10 (v1.20) as well and it was working great for the last year. After the most recent firmware update (1.2.0 Build 20210421 Rel. 64516) which I installed a couple of weeks ago I have been losing internet connection every few days.

The above is what I see in the log files and the internet LED turns orange. Devices do remain connected to the router (by WiFi and ethernet) and there are no errors reported by the cable modem (internet remains functioning). In order to get the internet working again requires turning the router off and back on.
There are no ISP or modem problems so this seems to be an issue within the router. Please let me know if you require further information.
