Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON in logs. Then disconnect
My connection is wildly unstable out of no where. I check the logs and i see:
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN0_OFF
2021-04-13 20:43:32 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run LAN_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN1_ON
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run WAN0_OFF
2021-04-13 20:43:30 Led Controller INFO [910] Start to run LAN_OFF
When this happens I disconnect. I have devices connected via Wi-FI and my pcs are connected directly via ethernet. I have factory reset numerous times, rolled back firmware, installed new firmware.. I've only had this router 2 months and its really unstable. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

May I know who is your ISP? What is the model of the modem? We would like to follow up on your case via email. Please check your inbox.

I haven't received any emails. Where did you send it to? The modem is a Hitron CODA-4582 and the ISP is Eastlink.ca. I checked the modem logs and it reports no signal issues.

Will the internet LED change to red/orange when you can monitor and there is an internet drop? Try to connect a computer to the ISP modem with an Ethernet cable and monitor the stability, ensure you have a pretty stable connection. If not, you need to ask Xfinity to check the internet line or modem settings.
If the modem gives you a pretty stable internet connectivity, please confirm if there is still a WAN IP address on the AX1500 when the internet LED becomes red/orange. Try to change the DNS server on the Network > Internet page to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if there is still a WAN IP address when the internet drops.
BTW, you can also refer to the troubleshooting suggestions here, and see if any will help:

From previous occurrences, internet works fine while hardwired directly to the modem while the status LED on the ax1500 is orange. The current instances are happening early in the morning while I am asleep so I cannot confirm right now if the router is obtaining a public IP. I have update the DNS settings, but the same results occurred over night.
