Problem with getting internet connection during setup

I am currently having problem to establish internet connection during configuration. All the necessary fields had been performed and yet i still cannot access the internet. The internet light are on but i dont seem to be able to access to the internet. Please advice.

1. Check the username and password you have put into the modem.Username normally like a e-mail address and the full e-mail address is needed to put in.
2. Check the WAN ip address of the TP-LINK router to see it is the public IP address or the IP address like 2.2.2.2....If it is the IP address like2.2.2.2, this normally caused by wrong username and password from TM.
3. Check the VPI/VCI number and the connection type with TM net because these information are also important for the Internet.
