Hello,

 

I recently bought the 2 x60 Deco pack, it was very quick and easy to install, one in the office, one in the room, and it all worked perfectly, also the Deco app immediately asked me to update the firmware version and it all worked well.

After a couple weeks I noticed that the satellite Deco was not working, it kept rebooting, taking from green fixed light, then 4 red lights, and then again, all over, so, I decided to reboot it, it didn't work, then try to reset it with  a pin and it seems that is doing nothing, I managed to get it back to green light but I can't find or connect the deco through the app. I need help!....

Hi,

Are all Deco X60s solid green now and no more rebooting?

Can I have a screenshot after you log into the Deco APP?

By the way, have you tried to log out of the current account and sign in again?

Please also make sure that the Deco APP is up to date;

I am having the exact same problem. I just purchased 2 of the 3 Pack X60 Deco's (6 in all) less than a week ago. Set up and firmware update was a breeze. All was working fine until yesterday, network was acting a little weird, rebooted all deco's now one of them turned red and is stuck in this same reboot loop. Tried resetting with paper clip and nothing. Any suggestions?

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

If it is not working, please create an email and send the following information to support.usa@tp-link.com:

1. A picture of the bottom label with the SN number on this unit.

2. A copy of the purchasing receipt.
