Whenever current goes, my router stop working saying that WAN port is unplugged even though it's plugged. Previously this did not happen with my other router. We have a UPS in our house and our router does not work. Please help

@Prakhar

Is the power supply not stable in your house? Generally, we suggest you use the original power adapter which is included in the router package box to avoid any potential issue.

BTW, if you do need to use the UPS to give power to the router, ensure its specification does match the requirement of the Archer C6, which should be 12 V ⎓ 1 A.

For this to happen it's enough one of the two cable terminals to be unplugged (or device powered off). If the device on the other cable end is not UPS protected that may be a reason too.
