All devices can't connect WiFi
Recently, it is common that all devices can't connect WiFi. Sometimes the devices connected with network cable can't connect with internet too. After I restart the main Deco X60, it will work fine. It seems that the issue is more complicated after I upgraded the firmware to 1.5.0. Could you help me solve this issue? Thanks!

Hi,
Would there be any error message when all the devices failed to connect the Wi-Fi? Or Actually, they are connected but no internet service on Wi-Fi?
Would any Deco blink red when the issue started?
Could you please provide a picture of your network diagram?
And how did you restore the connection when the internet was disconnected?
How often did this issue start?
Later I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers and could you please help log into the web UI via http://tplinkdeco.net and save the system log for me?
Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for your reply!
1. Would there be any error message when all the devices failed to connect the Wi-Fi? Or Actually, they are connected but no internet service on Wi-Fi?
The devices like notebook or phone can find the wifi, but can't connect it.
2. Would any Deco blink red when the issue started?
No, the light is green.
3. Could you please provide a picture of your network diagram?
ISP-----Main Deco Router-------Switch---------Deco2-4
Total 4 Deco working in router mode.
4. And how did you restore the connection when the internet was disconnected?
Restart the main deco router.
5. How often did this issue start?
one time per 1-2 days.
6. Later I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers and could you please help log into the web UI via http://tplinkdeco.net and save the system log for me?
Thank you.
Please leave me your email, I can send the system log to you.
More questions.
1. Some devices can't connect guest wifi. I have turned off the Fast Roaming feature and 5G Wi-Fi network, but it is not fixed.
2. Sometimes Deco2-4 will disconnect with the main deco on deco app, but it seems that all devices can connect normally.
Thank you!
