Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Not able to see the clients connected to the router. Right now 3 devices are connected. 2 Wireless & 1 Wired.

The issue is with the Tether application also.

Clear your browser cache and test to see if any difference. If still the same try another web browser.

If still persists hard reset (method 1) the device and reconfigure from scratch.

Hard reset done. I use InPrivate tab to access router page also tried different web browsers/different devices. Still the issue persists. I'm facing the issue in Tether app as well.

Is the Archer C6 working as a router or access point? That probably is because there is no data transmission is recorded, so it will not record the clients connected to it.


You can switch it to router mode just to confirm if this will display correctly.
