Hi,

I have a TP-LInk Deco X60 AX3000 2-Pack mesh system installed and operational.

However, after an intervention of the internet provider techies, my DECO App stopped working. When I try to start it, it always procceeds as if it was an initial instalaltion .... "lets starst ...".

Any hints on how to overcome this will be most welcome.  Thanks a lot !

Hi, is the Deco still solid green?

Could you please send me your TP-link ID as well as the MAC address of your main Deco via private message?

The light  on the DECO is solid green.
