Hi,

I have tried to hook up my external ssd via USB 3.0 port.  It is formatted NTFS but already has files stored on it.  The AX6000 won't recognize it.  It does however, recognize a 64 GB USB flash drive.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Hi and thank you for your reply! I figured it out. Just reformatted external hard drive with exFat file type. Worked like a charm
