Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210204 Rel. 50738

I've noticed a couple of weird occurances.  I have my Deco network setup as 192.168.1.1 and all devices show up as 192.168.1.x but when I setup port forwarding for each device using 192.168.1.x the Deco app always shows it as 192.168.0.1.  This doesn't seem to affect access to the devices, just seems like its labeled incorrectly.  Another thing I've noticed is that random devices will show in the app as "Offline" eventhough they are on and accessible on the network.

 

Anyone else having these occurances?

Hi, this issue has been reported to the senior engineers already and it would be fixed on the new firmware upgrade;

Currently, it is suggested to change the subnet mask under the LAN network to be 255.255.255.0; 

 

As for the issue that satellite Deco is offline on the Deco APP, it has been fixed on firmware 1.5.1 already;

So Is it happening to a specific satellite Deco or both satellite units?

How about the occurrence frequency on the APP;

If possible, please go to Deco APP>Overview>help>contact us>suggestions and send us the system log?

By the way, how did you temporarily fix the issue on the APP, refreshing the page, or something else?

Thanks for the reply.  Its not the satellite decos that are disconnecting its the devices that are attached to it.  It seems to have corrected itself, probably with the aformentioned firmware upgrade.
