Cannot connect HAIKU L bigassfan to my deco m5
I am trying to connect the haiku L fan to deco m5 v3 wifi but the deco Wi-Fi network is not listed as available. My ssid is not hidden and the deco is powered on and in range of the haiku fan.
I tried with my old router and the fan connects with no problem at all.

@Kostispan If the fan is American, the wifi module in the 2.4Ghz frequency only works for channels 1 to 11.
Your deco m5 may be that in the 2.4Ghz frequency it is tuned to channel 12-13 or 14, in this case it does not detect the fan.
Restart the main deco as many times as necessary, until you get a channel on the 2.4 Ghz frequency that is between channels 1 and 12. then deco m5 will detect its fan.

Hi,
Have you tried to enable the guest Wi-Fi with 2.4ghz only with a different SSID and check again on the Fan to check whether it could detect the wireless network of Deco?
Thank you very much.

Hi, please let me know as well.
Currently, rebooting and using the network optimization would help adjust the wireless channel of Deco;
In case the issue is still here, I would like to follow up on your case by email as well;
Thank you very much.

@Kostispan I am happy for the solution with my advice, but do not forget that if you have a power cut in your house, or you touch the network optimization in the deco application, you can change the channel in 2.4Ghz and put a channel 12-13 or 14. In this case you will have to repeat the recommended option, restart the main deco.
Health.
