There is frequent disconnect when paired to Smart Devices , like IP cams , Smart bulbs , as they can only be paired to 2.4 Ghz . Deco V60 has one SSID for both 2.4 and 5 which I feel causes problems. When I pair to an AP/Router with only 2.4 on a single SSID the connection is stable. No issues on iPads , Mobiles, Amazon Echo devices,  as they can accept both 2.4 and 5 bands. Any one else has this problem ?

@TempDemp

Hi, there are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Turn off the Mesh technology for the smart devices on the Deco APP;

2. enable the guest Wi-Fi for 2.4ghz only with a different SSID for smart devices only;

Thank you very much.
