Archer C7 v5.0 keeps rebooting randomly one or twice a day
Dear team,
please, help me find and remove root cause of sudden restarts of the router. Unfortunately, it is not keeping in the system log events prior the reboot, thus have no clue what is causing it. Or is this issue known and are you working on fix already? Many thanks in advance for any guidance or help.

Hello, we would like to know more details which will help us analyze the special reboot issue you are experiencing.
When did you purchase it, does the reboot issue occur when you first installed it or is it happening after some special activity, such as high loading or streaming? Have you ever upgraded the router firmware or changed some setting on it when this issue begins to happen?
How often does the reboot issue occur? If possible, try to reduce the connected devices, modify the Transmit Power on the router to middle or low, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, then change the Transmit Power of the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi to "Middle" or "Low", then monitor again.
You can also check the CPU & Memory utilization on the Network Map - scroll down the page, and you will get it.

Hi @Kevin_Z ,
it started after last upgrade to 1.1.2 Build 20210125 rel.37999(4555). I purchased it in June 2019. No issues prior the mention upgrade. Issue occurs randomly one or twice a day. I checked the points in the linked FAQ, and could not find anything wrong. Is it possible to access the sys log from before the reboot? Or can I downgrade?
