Hi all,
I'm trying to open a port on my ISP router.
I've opened the port in the Deco app, but when I go to my Default Gateway online, I can;t login.
It won't take my password.
Does anyone have any help or advice?

is your network topology like this:
internet----ISP modem router---Deco M4(router mode as well)----Client
1. For which device you have opened the port on the Deco, NAS server, or printer?
2. Were you trying to log into the Lan server behind the Deco, and it won't take the password?---if yes, can I have some screen-shots？
Or you wish to log into the web management page of the Deco from the internet?
