Hi, Thanks for the update.
Since your current firmware is a customized firmware for local ISP, it does not support Web UI and that is why we always failed to log into the web interface;
Currently, could you please help me confirm the following details:
1. Did Deco M4 still work on the access point mode?
2.When the internet dropped, all the Deco units stayed green and clients connected to the Wi-Fi had no internet service, right?
--Did the same issue continue when the laptop is connected via cable to the Deco M4?
--Can I have a picture of the IP settings on the smartphone when the internet connection dropped?
