Model: Archer AX3200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.0

I have been using the parental controls since I set up the Archer AX3200 a month ago. When I am away from home and need to add more time to my child's allowed hours of access I cannot access the Profiles in Parental Controls. Sometime this happens at home too. I have to reboot the router to get access to Prfiles again. Why is this happening? And how can I fix it? Thank you.

@greeneyes21

Are you able to access the router web GUI when you are outside from the router network? You can try to enable the Remote Control on the router to check if you can modify the profile settings.

Just to confirm, do you often change the Parental Control settings when you are outside? How about other settings on the Tether app, are they normal?
