Hello,

I have an issue with old Apple devices (running ios 9.3.5/9.3.6)

I can't connect to the Wifi if I enable WPA3-Personal + WPA2-PSK[AES]

No issue when WPA2-PSK[AES] only is activated

Is it possible to tell the system to propose WPA2-PSK[AES] to the device when WPA3-Personal + WPA2-PSK[AES] ?

Thanks

Alex

@Alexoune78

Hi, Deco would propose both security modes to the clients and clients would choose the suitable one;

I suppose this device is quite old and fails to distinguish the difference between them;

If possible, you could try to enable the guest network for WPA2-PSK[AES] only and connect this Apple device to the guest network;

Thank you.
