Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20200714 Rel. 47859

Hello All,

Hope everyone is doing good and staying safe. Am having weird issue with deco m4 v2, am trying to upgrade it from "1.4.1 Build 20200714 Rel. 47859" to "M4R 2.0_en_1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 74289_US_EU_AU_JP_up" but after uploading the firmware to deco manually using web UI there is no upgrade starts or any message that deco is being updated etc. And sometimes upon click upgrade after uploading firmware i get error "Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade".

I tried updating from Deco app but it always says your firmware is up to date, same with web UI when use check for upgrades button.

I have tried on/off deco, disconnecting from internet but nothing worked with me.

Deco Hardware version is Deco M4R(US).

Anyone experinced this issue before? any solution?

Hi @TP_LINK , the product came with 1.4.1 Build 20200714 Rel. 47859 out of the box. Is there any way to upgrade it to 1.4.3? or atleast i need to fix that weak wifi encryption warning on iOS devices. Thank you.
