Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Archer T3U Plus(UN)_V1_win10_191204

I have frequent connection issues while using the Archer T3U Plus, my connection will stop and slow down frequently while doing anything. The connection will also almost always stop while downloading things from steam.

When the connection stops, my network screen will look like this. All other connections disappear until I reconnect.

@Achi1 Good day,

Please disable the built-in or other wireless adapters on your computer if there is any.

Here is a public driver for Archer T3U Plus, please give it a try:

https://static.tp-link.com/beta/2021/202101/20210108/RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.41.0514.2020_Drv_3.00.0036(26078).zip

How to Manually Install Adapters on Windows 10?

If still the same problem, can you help attach the photo of Error again?  Does this issue happen on 2.4 Ghz or 5Ghz Wi-Fi?

Do you need to manually reconnect to wifi and it will work again?  Please help provide some information of the driver date& motherboad, thank you.

@Solla-topee I tried out the newer drivers and I am having the same problems. The issues occur on 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz connections. My motherboard is an ASUSTeK Computer INC. P6T.

@Achi1

What is the model number of the router that this computer connects to? You may run a Wi-Fi analyzer on the PC to verify which channel is busy and which is clear for the 2.4G and 5G network, then choose a clear channel on the router, change the 2.4G channel width to 20MHz, 5G channel width to 40MHz, then reboot both the router and the PC to confirm.

If possible, try this adapter on another computer and confirm if the issue persists.
