Been having a terrible time getting IPV6 working with BT internet.  I've found a useful article specific to setting up BT IPV6 but my router does not have all of the options selected in the article:  https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/faq/2942/

 

The option for "Non-address" is not available as per Step 4 in the article.

 

Apparently the firmware is up to date:  1.1.2 Build 20191223 rel.73956

 

Any ideas?

Can we have the screenshot about the IPv6 settings on the C5400X? 

 

What is the IPv6 connection type provided by BT? Please confirm this again with BT, then you can refer to this guide for help:
