Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20210420 Rel. 39951(4555)

@WebTech

After the firmware update, have you tried to reset the router to factory defaults, either by pressing the RESET button on the router or do the factory defaults via the web GUI? If not yet, please give it a go, then reconfigure the internet from scratch to confirm if the internet is stable.

May we know who is your ISP? Was the internet on the AX stable before the firmware update?

When the internet stops working on the AX10, will there still a WAN IP address on the router? Please check this, and show us the screenshot about the Status page.
