Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.4. Build 20200918 Rel. 74289

I'm unable to get my Android 10 Wifi enabled Tv to connected wirelesly to my Home Network.

 

The TV connects to other 4G and Wifi Hotspots as well as via the Ethernet cable to the modem, however as soon as I want it to connect via Wifi it fails to connect.  I did make 100% sure of the password and I know this is not the issue.

 

All my other android devices like cellphones etc. connects without any issue even a wireless Android TV device

I managed to resolve the issue.  The issue was due to the Fast Roaming that I needed to disable as well as the 5Gz setting.

 

After disabling these the TV is now able to connect

Hi, may I know what is the model number of your Android 10 Wi-Fi enabled TV?

Would there be any error message when the TV failed to connect?

At the same time, please try the following suggestions:

1.turn off the fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP;

2.turn off the 5ghz on the main network if possible;
