Hey,

I have some questions:

1. Is it possible to use Deco X60 with One-mesh technology with vr600 v3 router?

2. To run One-mesh in Deco X60 can I connect via wired or do I have to be connected via Wifi?

Tnx

@Itzika

Hi,OneMesh™ and Deco Mesh are totally different technologies used on different TP-Link products, so they are not compatible.

For more details, please refer to this link:

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link

First of all thanks for the quick reply.
Second, if I choose to install RE650 in favor of the One-Mesh is it possible to connect it with a wired connection?

If I choose to install X60, can I connect them wired and still get the Mesh technology?

@Itzika

Hi, RE650 does not support Onemesh when it is connected via Ethernet cable, only wirelessly connected on range extender mode;

Deco X60 still gets the mesh technology when it is connected via Ethernet cable;

@TP-Link

Thank you.
Can I connect some deco X60 via a switch?
Or should the connection be direct between the units?
