Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

We have 3 iPads all connected which show they are using iMessage during the day when we're at work/school and other apps even when devices are not being used they still show up and I have blocked or deactivated them.

hiw can I stop these being counted as usage time on the parental control settings? By the time the kids get to use their iPads they have times out as it's been active in iMessage all day?

Hi, Have you tried to turn off Background App Refresh on the IOS devices to have a look?

Thank you very much.

In this way, can I have some screenshots about the insight>online time calculating(or insight>history)?

Except for the iMessage, did you also notice other APPs?

At the same time, could you please go to Deco APP>Overview>settings on the top left>help>contact us>suggestions and send us the APP log as well;

Thank you very much.

Hi,

After checking with the engineers, they explained that some system software needs to maintain communication with the Apple Cloud server which has no option to be disabled;

So as long as the internet service is active, these programs could cost network data to update the latest information;

Currently, it is suggested to turn off the WLAN connection when internet service is no longer needed;
