Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20201117 rel.41066(5553)

Hello,

I'm facing a random restarting problem with my TP-Link Archer C6. It was working fine for 1.5 months but now I face this problem. I have connected the power adopter which came along with the box.

@Kevin_Z

Here are the answers which you usually ask from the people. So, please help.

When it restarts, all LED went off and power LED blinks and the internet comes back in a minute which the router usually takes when we start it.

My ISP gave a WAN connection and it connected in WAN port to the router. And then the router is connected with one lan to PC and wireless connection with 3 phones, one laptop.

I have set up my connection with Static IP and using wireless services with DHCP.

4 wireless devices, one wired device .. total 5 or sometimes 6

I have tried all the options to save myself from the "restarting" problem. I think it is a hardware issue. I must have to go to the service center for this. But before that, I think I should contact the support forum for help. Even Smart connect enable/disable doesn't help me.

Please help me KEVIN..

I don't have the EU version. I have the US version using in India and the internal firmware upgrade shows there is no upgrade available. Is there any offline updates for US version then please give me link.

Thanks,

@Serecomputing

If it is a US version, the current firmware is already up-to-date.

How about the Transmit Power on the router, is it on Middle or Low? Try to change it to Low if it is on Middle.

Can we confirm again is the adapter 12 V ⎓ 1 A?

It is currently set as high because I need the connection in a long distance. And, yes I'm using this adapter.
