Model: Archer TX3000E
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hey good folk,

I am having trouble with getting Bluetooth to be switched on. WiFi works perfectly, but Bluetooth looks like it isn't even installed.

I've downloaded and installed all required drivers, updated them by going to both TP-Link website for downloads and Intel website for downloads. At my Device Manager, I only see the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz installed.

I believe I've done the hardware set up and installation perfectly, as there doesn't seem to be a problem with my WiFi at all. Not sure what else I can try, so any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

@timsty Hello,

Sorry for the late update.
Here is the latest chipset Bluetooth driver ( 22.50.0 for now) for TX3000E, please give it a try see if that helps with the issue:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

Refer to Step 3. Pair with your Bluetooth device in the FAQ below and see if any Bluetooth device could be found:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2698/

For ‘ having trouble with getting Bluetooth to be switched on' is there any Error when you try to switch on Bluetooth, please provide a photo, thank you.
If still the same issue, please lick on AX200 in Device Manager and  share a photo of Bluetooth adapter Status.

Please help us check the driver version of adapter and computer motherboard info and send us the photos: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

@Solla-topee Hello! Thank you for getting back. I've tried your steps and it still does not work. Sharing screenshots of my AX200 in Device Manager and of my computer motherboard.

@timsty Hello,

Open Computer Management ->Device Manager-> Bluetooth can you see Bluetooth icon in Device Manager and locate Intel AX200 Bluetooth Adapter (TP-Link) ?

1. If the Bluetooth Icon is missing in Device Manager.  here is an article online which you could give it a try:

https://www.guidingtech.com/fix-bluetooth-missing-from-device-manager-windows-10/

2. If the Bluetooth Icon is there , but Intel AX200 Bluetooth Adapter (TP-Link) is missing:

- try a different F-USB port for the Bluetooth adapter

- try tp-link Bluetooth adapter on a computer with a different motherboard and see it could be detected

3. If Intel AX200 Bluetooth Adapter (TP-Link) shows up in Bluetooth, but  Bluetooth option can not be switched on

- restart Bluetooth Service (step6 in the above link ) :

'Press Windows key+R on your keyboard to open the Run prompt and type services.msc before hitting Enter. Find Bluetooth Support Service and right-click on it to start it. If it is already running, click Restart and wait a few seconds.'

- update driver for the Bluetooth adapter :
