I got my Deco E4 device today and I configured one deco correctly and its working fine. Then I was trying to add up the second deco E4 but when plugged in its showing up white light at the top usually I think it should be yellow if its not configured.
So i tried resetting it but the white light never goes and does not change to yellow so that I can configure it.
I just need to check if I have missed any thing ?. If its not the case I need to replace it soon as it seems to a faulty one.

Hi, would it be possible to record a video clip about the constant white light even when doing a reset?

At the same time, please also try to do a firmware recovery to have a look:

Yes it started when I took it out of the box and powered it.

Hi, did the firmware recovery make any difference on this unit?

If still the same, I am afraid you have to replace this unit with the shop retailer;
