I did dynamic DNS through no-ip and still can't access to it through the no-ip host and even through my public ip.
any instruction to do it?
How to configure remote access is described in chapter 4.4.1 in the device user guide.
The issue maybe with the ACL configuration - deactivate the ACL and test to connect - all IP addresses should be able to connect.
The issue maybe with the Secure IP Address - use the default IP 0.0.0.0 and test to connect - any client should be able to connect.
You can ping your no-ip domain to see if it responds with your public IP address for sure.
