 I have problem with Disconnecting continuously. Specially Disconnecting 5G band. What is the solution for this?

Hi, may I know where did you purchase this Archer C5 V4, from the local dealer/reseller or from ISP? If you guys purchased it from your ISP directly, please contact your ISP for further suggestions, as the router firmware is customized for the specific ISP.

If you purchased it from the local dealer/reseller, please show us the device bottom label, we need to verify its design version, then we may check if we have further suggestions.
