Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: Latest build 181213

When upgrade to latest version however facing issue that internet stop working in middle between and again come back.

 

I tried to connect internet cable to laptop, however not facing any issue.

 

After rebooting router, working properly.

 

Also wireless band i.e 2.5 and 5 suddenly stop for minute.

 

Kindly guide to resolve this issue.

Does this issue only happen on the wireless devices? Try to modify the wireless settings on the router, such as wireless channel, channel width, and security, you can check the guide below:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/722/

 

When did you purchase the router? You can try to reset the router to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch, then confirm again if the issue persists.

I have configured the channel for 2.4G and 5G as same as per article.

 

Last week, i have reset router and configured from scartch. However facing same issue.

 

Updated to latest version.
