Hi Guys, i am using archer c20 v5 and decided to upgrade it's firmware but after the upgrade my router is delivering high ping as well as speed drop.

current hardware - 

0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 200526 Rel.70733n(5553)

Can some give me the stock hardware because it was working fine and fyi I tried all 3 firmware available in the Tp link firmware page.

needed hardware - 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 200526 Rel.56357n(5553)

please somebody help me out please.

Is the Archer C20 v5 an EU version or an INWISP version? Please show us the device bottom label, you may cover the MAC and SN for any security concerns.

 

There seems a newer version on the local website, you may check if the issue can be improved by updating the new firmware:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-c20/#Firmware

 

You can also try to reset the router to factory defaults, reconfigure it from scratch, then monitor again.
