Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.5.1

Hi there. Just updated firmware now my ring camera won't link to my office deco it just unavailable for current firmware in the linked echo box. Any ideas how I can fix as it's an outside camera it needs the office deco signal.

Hi, are other devices still connected to the Deco network correctly after the firmware update? If yes, you can try to power off the Deco E4 and the ring camera, then power them back on to check if it can connect back automatically.

If not, we recommend to reset the ring camera to factory defaults, reconfigure it to join the network again.
