Hello, have you gone through all the basic troubleshooting suggestions we provided in the original post, especially the QoS setting on the AX11000? Be sure it is on Standard mode, and no device on the priority list.

@Kevin_Z  TY For all the replies!!

Appreciate the time.

Yes, all procedures...several times. Reboots etc..

I can literally plug in my old router and the speeds are exactly what I'm paying for so I know it's there.

I'll say this again, the link posted as a solution in other threads is NOT a solution because you can not turn off QOS.

There is NO option for that.

I'm really not in the situation to be beta testing equipment.
I build workstations and do all my own networking and I've seen this scenerio several times w/ Companies who refuse to address known issues and just play circle the clowns w/their users.

This has been going on HOW LONG NOW? I literally just got it and the dates of some of these posts are over a year old now.

I would love to get a solution because as i said the router seems like it's everything I needed but if the solution is to turn off all the features then why the hell would someone spend premium $$ for that??frown

Again, TY For the responses @Kevin_Z  but this is a serious issue that doesn't seem to be taken seriously if that's the solution being given to it's users,..

This is my 1st ever tplink and probably my last. Ihave a few weeks before my return window closes but I doubt this will get resolved before that.

Apologies as I am running out of solutions if you've gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions we provided here. I know this can be frustrating and as much as I want to help I would like to escalate your case to our engineers, the engineering team will investigate to see if it is a concern in the router that can be resolved.

@Kevin_Z Did you have manually configured the QoS download and upload speeds to match the ones delivered by your ISP? I have another tplink model (Archer A20) and it only works at full upload speeds if I set the QoS speeds manually. The router itself cannot measure the upload correctly using it's own test ( I have 150 Mbps ul, but it measures just 60 Mbps), but measuring using an computer or cellphone connected to it, it matches my ISP speeds.

@RonnieZ Have you gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions we provided here? Please be sure the QoS settings on the router is configured correctly, or I would suggest reset the AX6000 to factory defaults, then reconfigure it from scratch and just set up the internet on it, monitor and test the speed.

@Kevin_Z I have tried adjusting all the settings and get the same results.  I have also opened [TP-Link Support]-[TKID220122999] 16495495 and spent over an hour troubleshooting the issue and got no where.

@Kevin_Z I have the same issue and the solutions provided here don't work.

In fact, I already sent my first AX6000 back to Amazon for repair. A week later I was told that the device can't be repaired and I was sent  a replacement device. The replacement device has exactly the same issue as the original device.

My internet service provider is Proximus (Belgium) and with a wired connection I get a decent upload and download speed (https://www.speedtest.net/result/d/365304417). However, when connected to AX6000, the upload speed drops to zero (both wired and wireless) and SpeedTest won't even finish.

Considering that AX6000 is the most expensive router I've ever had I'm at the end of my patience now. I have until 25 November 2021 to return the replacement device to Amazon and unless I will be provided a working solution before that date, I will return the router and ask my money back.
